When we find the right home, I’ll immediately contact the listing agent and learn about their clients’ needs and wants, motivations and what they really value. From there, I draw up a competitive offer that satisfies both your and the seller’s requirements.
Once your offer is accepted, my team and I will help you successfully navigate the contingency period, home inspection, seller disclosures, mortgage underwriting and appraisal, the final walk-through, closing documents and final wire transfer of funds. We will be in constant communication to ensure an easy and seamless process.
